Members are reminded that for those unable to attend, email voting is allowed under the constitution, and therefore must request the same prior to the meeting.
Non-members are welcome to attend, but are reminded that they can not partake or vote.
Additional or proposed amendments to the constitution, or Any Other Business, should be forwarded by members in writing, or via e-mail, to the chairperson by the 19th June 2009.
